Alongside her role at TPA, Becca is the Founder of Rebel Rose Consulting. Launched in 2018, this work brings together her passion for supporting women-owned businesses and her experience in business development.

Becca grew up on the Oregon Coast and has traveled, worked, and lived all over the world. While in Ecuador she worked with cooperative of cacao farmers, these farmer connections led to a ten-year career in the chocolate industry. In 2015 Becca became the Marketing Director and COO at indi chocolate, a bean to bar chocolate company located in Pike Place Market. In that role, she focused heavily on event marketing, introducing new audiences to the brand through fun and innovative events, in addition to creating a business and marketing strategy, product innovation, and social media outreach.

Becca holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from University of Oregon and an MBA from Presidio Graduate School, which focuses on sustainable business practices.
