Franceria Moore is a native North Carolina by way of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and currently resides in Newark, New Jersey, with her daughter and her partner. Before working for TPA as the Learning Manager, Fran was the Lead Coach and resident services coordinator for the NHP Foundation’s Operation Pathways. Fran holds nearly fifteen years of experience working in the nonprofit and public education sectors.
Fran’s passion for servant leadership and her community led her to become the founder and CEO of iHope Inc.; a nonprofit organization dedicated to the empowerment and advocacy of children and their families in the north Baton Rouge community. Her love of community drove her collaborations with organizations such as the Children’s Defense Fund, Louisiana State University’s Innovations In Instruction Program, and Partner’s for Developing Futures.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Art in Organizational Management, a Graduate Certificate from Loyola Marymount University in Executive Educational Leadership, a Master’s of Science in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from the University of Charleston, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Change Leadership. Franceria was also a L.E.A.D. (Leadership for Excellence, Accountability and Diversity) fellow during an 18-month intensive program for leaders of color. Franceria demonstrates a passion for helping people realize their purpose and utilize their untapped abilities, as she believes that every person holds a unique brilliance that enables them to make their wildest dreams come true.
In her spare time, Fran is an avid “foodie” and traveler with the goal of experiencing the world through food and cultural immersion.
