Kim Tully is the Facilitator and Trainer for The Futures Project, a community action collaborative to better use data, information and dialogue to improve decision making at both the organization community level. Anchored in 10 years of experience as a Federal and Washington State auditor/investigator, her love for data mining, information gathering and how it guides people’s thinking, runs deep. Kim holds a degree in Accounting and Certifications in Financial Grants Management and Contract Administration. Her previous positions include; Assistant Director of Community Services for Yakima County, Grants Manager and Strategic Information Systems Manager at Solid Ground in Seattle as well as a private compliance consultant to nonprofits throughout the Pacific Northwest. When she’s not working, Kim enjoys her time traveling and exploring the outdoors.
