Irrepressibly enthusiastic. Deeply engaged. Dauntless. All fair first impressions and all dead-on target. With these qualities, plus a razor-sharp intellect, Lauren is the design process lead that helps The Prosperity Agenda integrate design-thinking practices and principles into all the work we do.
Lauren believes that people matter and are the primary reason that we design products, processes, and systems, and that patterns and the relationships between things are as important as the things themselves. This she learned while earning a degree in Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic, where she studied photography, business, and psychology. Ever since, she’s been combining disciplines to find new insights and ways of working for AT&T, Aerotek, and HTC.
At The Prosperity Agenda, Lauren gets to work on difficult challenges and help generate new ways to build financial wellness for families experiencing poverty. With a background in project, product, and program management, she’s a stickler for planning, so don’t show her your project plan unless you want to talk about it, in detail.
