Lisa has a gentle strength, calming presence, and grounded vulnerability which adds to her capacity as a compassionate leader. Her dynamic facilitation style is created by her ability to tuned into subtle group dynamics and holding a broader perspective for the group. Lisa has flexible thinking and stands firm in her belief of holding the client big. Her humor is an added bonus.
Lisa passionately believes the capacity for humans to change and grow. She pursued coaching as an avenue to develop and deepen this belief. She became certified with International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2011 at the ACC level. She expanded her knowledge in systems design, group dynamics, and leadership theory by obtaining her Masters in the Organization Systems Renewal program from Pinchot University in 2014.
Lisa brings to The Prosperity Agenda close to thirty years experience facilitation and training a variety of groups through out the United States. She has facilitated ICF standard coaching training with nonprofits in the Pacific Northwest over the last seven years. She specializes in compassionate leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution.
