For a financial coaching program to be successful, a coaching culture has to be integrated throughout the organization–from program design, to how people are managed, how fundraising is approached, and how impact is measured. But how do you build that coaching-led organization? Organizational change is difficult, and adopting an organization-wide coaching culture to sustain a successful coaching practice is no exception.
In response, we developed the Financial Coaching Accelerator Program, which will build, test, and refine resources that middle managers and others can use to measure, fund, and maintain effective financial coaching programs within their organizations.
The first cohort will test the approach from March – November 2018.
