She has established herself as a certified life coach, social media manager, transformation trainer, and business mentor. Her expertise lies in a range of areas from transformation and public speaking to personal and business development strategy.

A hallmark of her approach is her exceptional ability to strategize ideas and projects. Known for being incredibly resourceful, she embodies a mindset that "there is always a way of making things happen." This attitude has been pivotal in her success and in the success of those she mentors. Her passion for inspiring others to challenge their limits and unleash their potential is evident in her work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams, and a testament to her dedication to the well-being, development, and transformation of every individual she encounters. As a Neuroscience Certified Coach specialized in Leadership, Education, Entrepreneurship, Relationships, and Spirituality, she skillfully applies cutting-edge neuroscientific insights to enhance the effectiveness of her coaching methods.

Her journey in education and training is extensive. She studied Social Sciences and Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, followed by Business Administration and Marketing at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2000 and later, a Transformational Master Leader, and a Certified Creative Coach from UPR Río Piedras. Her credentials were further enhanced with a certification as a Social Media Coach from Anexo Interactive and a specialization as a Neuroscience Certified Coach.

Recognition for her work extends across Latin America and the United States, where she is known for her roles as a mentor, trainer, and life coach. Her experience in leadership roles since the age of 15, combined with her knowledge and skills, has positively reshaped the lives, organizations, and businesses of hundreds. Fun random fact: Barbie loves to unwind with improv comedy! This hobby not only brings out her fun and spontaneous side but also sharpens her quick-thinking skills–a cool combo that she brings into her coaching sessions.
