SANDY RASQUE
Client Experience Strategist
Sandy is a seasoned business owner and master problem-solver. She has channeled her natural curiosity into delivering solutions to some of the most complex business challenges—finding elusive white space for existing products in saturated markets, integrating disparate systems into cohesive platforms, and mapping out broken or non-existent processes to create streamlined solutions. And if you want to know a not-so-secret secret about Sandy, her happy place is a blank sheet of paper, some brightly colored markers, and a seemingly insurmountable business problem.
Before joining The Prosperity Agenda, Sandy founded and developed Keep Rising, a mobile app and software platform designed to engage coaches and their clients through behavioral change. Sandy didn’t want to create just another app with to-do lists and reminders—she delved into academic research on behavioral change and built five core modules that mirror the brain’s key needs to create lasting change: Collaboration, Action, Immersion, Reflection, and Celebration. The app is still in use today, supporting coaches, medical professionals, human service managers, and the individuals they serve in creating meaningful life changes.
With graduate degrees in Finance and Healthcare Administration, Sandy’s career has spanned multiple service-based industries, including health insurance, medical practices, home care, senior care management, hospitality, and human services. She has served as a business owner, employee, and consultant, working across diverse functions such as finance, sales, technology, and operations.
Sandy is also a proud single mom of three amazing sons. During their younger years, she learned the importance of having multiple streams of income to meet her family’s needs. It was during this time that she started and grew various small businesses—executive coaching, bariatric weight loss coaching, online home economics courses, catering, meal prep and delivery, home care, senior care, medical concierge services, and pet/home sitting, to name a few. These ventures were always rooted in financial sustainability, while keeping her children’s needs at the center.
When it comes to hobbies, Sandy’s family jokes that she doesn’t have any—because every hobby she enjoys eventually becomes a business! Having turned passion into profit so many times, she now finds joy in mentoring young single mothers on independence and self-sufficiency through entrepreneurship.
Based in Southern California, Sandy can most often be found in the kitchen or by the pool, serving up delicious dishes for her family, friends, and many pet clients.
