Quality Jobs

Many workforce development programs are built on the assumption that the people participating lack technical and soft skills. Our work centers on the opportunity gap that workers face, rather than the perceived skills gap. Employers miss out on the contributions and value of frontline workers, which also justifies low wages and increases high turnover.
