COACHING TRAINING & TOOLS TO SUPPORT FINANCIAL WELLNESS

At TPA, we believe all people are capable of making the best financial choices for themselves. We also believe that human service providers that use participant-led coaching practices create better results for the people they serve and their own organizations. By respecting participants’ values and priorities, these organizations play an important role in achieving economic security for all.

Our Innovation Marketplace provides organizations with the tools they need to integrate financial wellness and financial coaching into their programs. We offer both coaching tools and coaching training programs to equip frontline staff with the skills to fully engage participants in achieving their life goals.

Family-Centered Coaching

A coaching training program and open-source toolkit that brings together the key strategies and tools you need to engage parents in a whole-family approach, rather than focusing on one facet of a family’s life. FCC training takes place over three days, and equips staff with dynamic skills to form effective partnerships with families.

Money Mindset Cards

Designed in our Innovation Lab, this set of 30 activity cards helps staff facilitate deep conversations about money, financial values, and personal motivations. They guide people to make financial decisions that are right for them, even when under financial stress. Good for groups or 1:1 coaching, they are easy to use and fit into your existing programs.

Financial Wellness Coaching

Spread across three days, this coaching training seminar is an intensive and highly experiential program designed to teach front-line staff how to engage in a participant-led coaching rather than traditional case management. Participating staff will understand how to effectively engage people in financial wellness discussions and goal setting.
