Kevin has over two decades of professional experience in human services management, resource development, and organizational assessment/evaluation. He has held several leadership positions in various organizations as well as serving on community-based committees and boards. Kevin has been recognized for his work by the United Way, WBRZ Channel 2, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the White House Office of Faith and Community-Based Initiatives, and Louisiana State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Tulane University and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University.

Juliana Gonzalez-Crussi, Executive Director, Center for Changing Lives

Julianna is an accomplished public service leader with a solid understanding of non-profits and the affordable housing industry. She's held previous position at the Latin United Community Housing Association, the Latino Policy Forum, and DePaul University. She was also appointed by Governor of Illinois to the state's Housing Development Authority Trust Fund and by Mayor of Chicago to the Advisory Council on Equity and Language Access Advisory Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a master's degree in International Public Service, both from DePaul University.
